In the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon world, the word "canon" is a bit loose. Rather than being set characters, these are simply positions you may have - you're free to use your own characters for them. Of course, these are a bit harder to get into than just a typical character. Also, let me make this clear beforehand - NO WIGGLYTUFF GUILD CHARACTERS! Really, we'd prefer it if you didn't use any characters from the original PMD games. Sure, you can have a Wigglytuff guildmaster and I won't stop you, but only if they're an entirely different character from the in-game one.
